As part of the Investor Club where, as a member, we will automatically send your property details to other investors without going on the open market.

 

We will handle everything from sourcing the buyer, negotiating you the best offer and progressing the sale all the way through to completion.

 

We now manage around 400 properties and we are frequently approached by landlords who are looking to exit the market, but don’t want the void period during the selling process.

 

This can be a real dilemma as a tenant must be notified of a landlord’s intention to sell before marketing the property through the normal channels. Even when reassurances are given to the tenant, that this may be sold to another landlord who might be happy to keep them in the property, they can become unsettled when the property goes on the market and give notice to vacate.

 

The solution we have found, is that investors, like yourself, who are looking to sell their current portfolio, are keen to sell these types of properties which therefore can be sold, without the need for marketing.

 

This benefits you the seller, as you will receive continuous rent up until the day of completion. This also benefits the buyer, as they receive rent from the day of completion. Not only that, but they get a tenant with a track record of paying their rent and looking after the property. There is also less disruption to the tenant, so this avoids them being unsettled.

 

Rather than putting your property on the market and unnerving your tenant, we can match and introduce your property to members of the Investor Club who are looking to purchase.

 

The fee for this would be a one-off payment for £1200 + VATpayable upon completion.
